The room was large, quiet and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was large and light. The reception staff were very courteous. We did not eat there so can't comment on food. The spa area was nice with loungers, sauna and a small pool. Towels were available and on one day, bottles of water were also available.

Excellent staff at reception. Spa area was very pleasant and massage was top notch. Perfect location for exploring the old town and surrounding areas.

We stayed in a nice cozy room on the ground floor with the access to the little garden. The staff was friendly and nice, especially in the restaurant. We liked the breakfast; buffet style; with a wide variety of fresh tasty food. The dinner in the restaurant was delicious and served timely. The hotel has a charming atmosphere and is located in the the middle of old and new town. The swimming pool is gorgeous. I never take a swim in the hotels because the swimming pools are usually too overcrowded but the Mamaison swimming pool was empty, clean and relaxing. If you travel by car there is a safe parking lot on the Bolesc Street, around 500 meters from the hotel.

This is a first-rate hotel on the edge of historical old town - close to “Rynek Nowego Miasta” square which is where you want to be for some pleasant, not over-priced dining. Other Old Town sights such as the Royal Castle, are a short walk away. The hotel is a converted baroque townhouse of the Polish nobility. Its understated, stone-and-wood ambience is stylish and relaxing. It could compete with top-rate historical establishments in Western cities, while this being Warsaw the prices are 2-3 times lower than comparable stays in say London. The underground pool-sauna-wellness complex is just perfect. Given the small size of the hotel, the pool is never too busy, a crucial difference from similarly priced large network hotels downtown. Staff is as professional and helpful as you would expect in this type of place. They were particularly attentive to my child. Breakfast offer is wide and nutritious. Nothing left to be desired in terms of cleanness or room equipment. I would recommend this place to any visitor, particularly anyone on family tourist trips.

The location is perfect; convenient for Warsaw centre but far enough away to be quiet. The hotel has a friendly, comfortable feel about it without compromising the stylish decor. The outside terrace is a delight and the perfect place to sit for a drink or a meal when the weather is good. Friendly, efficient staff complete the picture. We plan a return visit!

The rooms were very spacious, even the classic room. The swimming pool was great and the internal courtyard was a lovely place to sit and unwind. The hotel was in an excellent location near to the new town and not far from the old town with lots of restaurants nearby.

Our experience at this hotel was 10+. Everything was perfect! The staff was very kind and courteous, the breakfast was tasty, (although a bit pricey for the buffet), the decor of the hotel was peaceful and beautiful. Don't hesitate to book this one, and when you do, ask the staff to give you the history of the building. You are staying in a castle! Wonderful choice!

it had a modern but medieval feel to the property the room was fabulous and very comfortable my wife and i travel regularly and at some very high profile establishments this hotel and all its staff are a credit to the hotel but also there Country All staff have so much passion and respect in the way they do there jobs it is a pleasure to feel so welcome

the property itself is quite nice. The building has character as it’s a historic building and there were Christmas decorations around all the hotel which made it feel very cosy.
